The accident took place at a junction near Raffles Hospital, an area well known for being an accident black spot.
In total there were 3 vehicles involved in this crash, the other two being a taxi and a motorbike.
Tragically, the 52 year old driver of the taxi was killed, as was his 20 year old female passenger. Fortunately, the driver of the motorbike miraculously survived.
A passenger was also in the 599 GTO, they survived but with serious injuries, reported at the Straits Times.
The driver of the Ferrari has been identified as a 31 year old businessman called Ma Chi. Both Chi and the driver of the taxi, father of three Teck Hock, were trapped in their vehicles after this crash and sadly died before paramedics could rescue them.
Whilst police are still investigating this tragic incident, witnesses claim that the Ferrari driver ran a red light and then crash into the taxi, which then hit the motorbike. As you can see by the image at the top, the Ferrari must of been travelling at some speed.
