The famous former adult film star Jenna Jameson is reportedly facing a lawsuit from a luxury car hire firm over claims that she’s stopped making her payments on a car she leased which is yet to be returned.

The company threatening Jameson with a lawsuit is Maserati Financial Services, which originally leased a Maserati Quattroporte S like the one pictured below to Jameson in 2010.

According to reports on WTVA, Jameson has allegedly stopped paying the $2,299 monthly fee for the car since January.

With this car yet to be returned, Maserati Financial Services have attepted to repossess it and filed a lawsuit against Jameson seeking more than $100,000 in damages.

This news comes just less than a month after it was revealed the former adult star was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) following her arrest in May when she crashed a Range Rover SUV into a pole in Orange County, CA.
