Here is a picture of what Jaguar dubbed a “production concept” for the new Jaguar C-X16 E-Type.

Bare in mind when they say it is a production concept it is very likely that it is one of the final drafts of what it will look like when it goes into production.

The new Jaguar E-Type is to be expected around the £45,000 price range and will be available as a coupé and a convertable.

Jaguar is holding back the details until the Frankfurt show, having said that it is expected that the new range of V6 petrol engines will power the XE. Outputs will start at around 275bhp, going up to around 400bhp for the storming XE-R.
