Porsche 911 Turbo S “10 Year Anniversary Edition”

Shanghai. With an everlasting faith in its ability to unveil impeccable sports cars, Porsche China is celebrating a decade of honour in China with exclusive events at Porsche Centres across the country. But none can rival the chance to own a Porsche 911 “10 Year Anniversary Edition”, strictly limited to ten units. While the special release boasts all the same outstanding design and performance attributes that Porsche enthusiasts have long expected of a sportscar from the illustrious 911 series, a number of special unique design elements are immediately visible, setting this incredible car apart for the fortunate few able to obtain one.
Recognisable by the historic sporty lines typical of the model range, the 911 “10 Year Anniversary Edition” is distinguished by its exclusive exterior colour – Gold Bronze Metallic, balanced with accents in matte carbon and high-gloss black on, for example, its 19 inch Sport Classic wheels. The front spoiler of the Porsche Exclusive option Aerokit Turbo provides improved aerodynamics and increased downforce. The front lid and exterior mirrors are made of carbon fibre in matte black, combining with the upper part of the rear spoiler carbon elements. Visually, this immediately differentiates this model from other 911 Turbo S models. Underlining the level of exclusivity, a limited edition badge comes with the unique number of each car on the right side wheel arch.
Open the door to discover an elegant interior that is a clear tribute to the motorsport heritage of Porsche. Black smooth leather is accompanied by carbon accents and alcantara, while the leather deviating stitching in gold provides strong visual interest and mirrors the exterior tones. Subtle details such as the laser-etched carbon door entry guards with gold tone “10 Year Anniversary Edition” lettering, and black instrument dials with a golden silhouette of the special edition complete the look.
The heart of the “10 Year Anniversary Edition” sportscar is based on the 911 Turbo S Coupe, powered by a 3.8l Boxer engine which churns out a powerful 530 bhp. The Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) comes standard in the special edition and enables the fast and smooth gear changes expected from a sportscar with a distinguished motorsport heritage.
Following a VIP Preview in Shanghai on 20 April, the Porsche 911 “10 Year Anniversary Edition” will be launched on 20 – 22 May at the Porsche National 10 year anniversary event. Owners of the 911 “10 Year Anniversary Edition” will also receive a replica sculpture with each owner’s name personally engraved on the base plate.

The new Porsche 911 “10 Year Anniversary Edition” will be available at Porsche Centres across Mainland China from this June and will be priced at 3,488,000 RMB.
